Barcelona

Explore Barcelona any way you’d like! This enchanting, creative, and much-loved city offers plenty of options from cultural sightseeing to gastronomy tours. If you haven’t experienced them yet, you’ll likely want to check out notable attractions such as Park Guëll, Casa Milà, Casa Batllò, the Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, La Boqueria market, Camp Nou football stadium, the Gothic Quarter, and Tibidabo amusement park.

If you’re looking for a nature break, head to Barceloneta Beach situated against the deep blue Mediterranean sea where sun-drenched beaches create a pretty setting for a lazy day on the sand. There are also jogging and biking paths if you want to work up a sweat, or you can take a long leisurely stroll followed by a refreshing dip. Vendors on the beach offer kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and a range of sunset cruises options. Alternatively, head to Barcelona’s surrounding mountains for a range of hiking and biking trails with spectacular views.

Spain’s capital is made for walking with wide, elegant boulevards showcasing a range of architectural styles and expansive, manicured parks such as the Buen Retiro. It’s also renowned for some of the best art museums on the continent, including the Prado Museum with works by Goya, Velázquez, and other Spanish masters.

Break up the sightseeing with a café con leche in a stately square like Plaza Mayor followed by a drink at a rooftop bar for a birds-eye view over the city. After the sun goes down, partake in the city’s dining scene, awash with fantastic tapas bars (choose a handful and make it a tapas crawl).

Head to the Atocha train station to take the AVE high-speed train down to Córdoba, complete with comfortable seating and onboard cafeteria. Your first stop is the city of Córdoba.

Cordoba

Explore of the Old Town of cordoba and stroll through the highlights of the city, including the Mezquita, a pagan temple that was turned into the great mosque of the Ummayad caliphate and later a Catholic church, with much of the mosque’s design still in place. You’ll also visit the Alcázar of the Catholic Kings, where Christopher Columbus negotiated his voyage west and the winding side streets of the old Jewish Quarter.

Stop for lunch in Córdoba followed by a bit more walking. then we can arrange a car to take you to your hotel in Seville.

A marvellous meshing of cultures and influences, Seville is theatrical, joyful and delicious. Begin your explorations of the Andalusian capital with a guide. You’ll visit the 15th-century Seville Cathedral and its eye-catching Moorish bell tower, La Giralda. You’ll also explore the Alcazar, one of the oldest still-in-use royal residences in Europe. Filled with ornate courtyards and marble rooms, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.

Embrace the Seville spirit and get lost in the alleyways of the medieval Jewish Quarter during your time in this incredible city.  The streets around the Plaza Nueva are great for shopping, and the Guadalquivir riverside is ideal for a stroll. Be sure to set aside plenty of time for eating: Seville is renowned for tapas. An evening spent grazing in its lively bars is the surest way to get a real flavour of the city.

Gran Melia Colon Hotel - 3 Nights - B&B

Gran Meliá Colon is an elegant five star hotel situated in the old quarter of Seville, between the Maestranza bullring, the Torre del Oro and the Giralda.
