The travelling world is changing, and continually fluctuating since the pandemic began in 2020. Travel has been greatly affected, so be careful when booking future trips, otherwise, you will risk being charged. Planning to travel post-lockdown, but you don’t want to be caught up with charges if things don’t go to plan.

We are very excited to launch Book with Flex. Introducing a new way to book your travel safely and risk-free. Our new booking conditions offer all our customers more flexibility when it comes to you cancelling or postponing your trip. For all new bookings, we guarantee a 100% refund up to 14 days before departure on the new Book with Flex* conditions. With Book with Flex, if you wished to cancel or postpone, for any reason, we will not charge you any penalty fees – and our customers won’t lose out.

We have been thinking a lot about how we can offer our customers the reassurance to book their long-established Holidays and replacing fear with anticipation and making sure that you will not miss out on the holidays you have booked for 2021 & 2022. That’s how our Book with Flex was created.

Book with Flex is giving back the excitement to travelling again – Allowing our customers to plan ahead their next holiday safely, knowing that if circumstances changed, you won’t lose out on your money.

How Does Book With Flex Work?

A 10% deposit will be required at the time of confirmation.
The balance payment is due 14 days prior to your first arrival date booked.
In the event you cancelled your holiday no matter the reason, we will refund 100% of your balance payment back to you, your deposit retained, however carried over to your next holiday at any time (no expiry date!). Providing that you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to your first booking with us.
If you preferred to postpone and move your dates to later in the year or into the next year. we will do this free of charge for you.

It’s important to remember that we don’t charge you as long as you cancel or postpone your bookings at least 14 days prior to your departure.

*All of our bookings are tailor-made to your requirements, there may be exceptional circumstances in which some bookings of your holiday must be booked on a non-refundable basis. We will always let you know upfront if that’s the case. Our aim is to apply our new condition Book with Flex to as many of our customers as possible.

Book with Flex applies to most new bookings, but not to all, we will notify you at the time of your bespoke quote of our terms of cancellation & postponement conditions. All other reservations will be subject to the payment and cancellation conditions in our Booking Conditions.

We will always do our utmost to accommodate and support you for those last-minute bookings, or those who wish to cancel or rebook within 14 days of travelling days. Our Travel Advisors are always here and available to help and guide you.
